Gloucester County Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Gloucester County, New Jersey. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Conditions of Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud

3. No Consumer Reporting Agency Status

New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Requests for existing government records are governed by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., which does not require an agency to create a new compilation. New Jersey’s Data Privacy Act was enacted January 16, 2024, and comprehensive rules were proposed June 2, 2025. Those proposed rules are not described here as final requirements; consult current official material before relying on a privacy-law obligation.
